I'm back to blog ! Been visiting the gym regularly during this while, wanted to bulk up a little though not too much. Here are some two cents worth to share with you guys, train smart, not hard. It is pointless to overtrain your muscle and limit your muscle ability to recover and grow. Do compound exercises to maximise gain and time usage as these multi joint exercises train more than one muscles at a time. Do not neglect cardio completely, cardio and strength training should complement each other. Finally, be humble, don't be like a kid , wanting to challenge every single guy you see who can lift more then you do,or if ego gets into your head, at least don't sneer at others who are weaker. Always remember there is always a mountain higher than another. Challenge your self to growth!
